This machine is a Automatic pre determined approximate weight
furnace loading system with feeding conveyor (inclined/vertical)
for feeding the weigh pan and vibratory feeder or horizontal
conveyor for feeding the furnace at desired rate. FL(P) - 50,
series are Electronic machines with load cells arrangement and
microprocessor used for pre-determined batching to get the desired
rate of feeding, by adjusting the gate. |

This
machine is specially developed for Hardware and Fasteners industry
for automatic feeding of furnace at desired rate of feeding.
This must be installed before pre-washer. If there is no pre-washer
then it can be installed before furnace, provided the temperature
is ambient (approximately 40 C.). We can feed the products as
per the design and capacity of the furnace. The system could
be suitably designed for other sizes and types of products also,
according to the requirement of the customer. This model has
separate weigh pan of different volume depending upon the rate
of feeding. |
