It consists of of an electromagnetic vibrator unit. It has a
rigid base and a light top bowl made of M.S. or Stainless Steel
connected by flat springs and vibrates at a speed of 50 vibrations
per second. The vibrations generated by the electromagnet results
in the circular movement of the parts placed in the top bowl.
This bowl consists of tracks which carries your parts from its
base to the top of the bowl in such a manner that the parts
get the necessary orientation. |
