Semi Automatic machine, based on electronic weighing system
with microprocessor and load cell with one screw feeder to match
with the sleeve size of the valve type bag or open type bags
and drums. Material from the storage bin/silo is fed to the
hopper through pneumatic valve or Rotary Air Lock. Valve type
bag is pushed on the screw feeder, keeping in mind that it also
rests on the tray which is adjustable. Electric brakes operates
immediately to avoid any extra feeding. Then bag is removed
from the tray, either pushing it manually or pushed on the conveyor.
