Type of Machine:	This machine is fully automatic, where washers can be processed and composed automatically at single or double assembly point to cut down the unnecessary manpower to reduce the production cost.
Suitability & Range :	The below mentioned details show the different sizes of blanks / bolts, which are as follows: A single machine can cover different lengths and dia. of blank / bolt 1. Dia . 5 & 6 mm ; Length 10 to 15 mm ; with additional index plate, length can be increased from 20 to 40 mm. 2. Dia : 6 & 8 mm ; Length 10 to 15 mm ; with additional index plate, length can be increased from 20 to 40 mm. 3. Dia : 8 & 10 mm ; Length 15 to 25 mm ; with additional index plate, length can be increased from 20 to 40 mm. 4. Dia : 10 & 12 mm ; Length 20 to 40 mm Note : Machine can be combined for 5, 6 & 8 mm dia. with a length of 10 to 40 mm with additional slides and index plates. Different combination of the above sizes can be assembled on the same machine with additional Bowl / Slide / Pick- up points & Index Plates. After receipt of the customers required combination it will be quoted accordingly.
Features :	1. Operator can watch the feed of the Bolts-blanks and the washers by standing on the platform, where all the parts are visible and all controls are within his reach. 2. Simple to operate as all the controls is pre-set. 3. High productivity as there is minimum parts and less wear and tear. 4. Blanks-bolts of different lengths can be well assembled only by simple up and down movement of the horizontal plane. 5. To avoid wastage, if the bolt / blank do not pick up either of the washer, the machine will stop automatically. Then the operator can remove that particular non-regular combination / unit and restart the machine.
